Page 7 Step 5
Hello Everyone, When I reach this step on this page, I am having difficulty understanding what to do with the lasso tool at this point. I have tried using the lasso tool several times and holding the shift key, but nothing is happening to make the image look similar to the one in the book. My PS skills are very weak, I have been involved with programming mainly, not graphics or design, I thought I should learn and liked this book a lot. Can I get a brief explanation on how to use the lasso tool when I get to this point? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks, hjFL |

Welcome to the forum hjFL. For step 5, select the freehand lasso. Hold the shift key and draw an outline that encloses the area of the page and the shirt collars. When complete, these areas are added into the selection.  _________________ Leap, and the net will appear |
