Contest 64: Stop the rot
My dear old white-haired mother (she's stopped using the orange haird colouring, and a good thing too) has a bit of a problem with damp. Not personally, you understand, but in her walls. I noticed this when I was at her house last week, and thought we ought to do something about it.

There's only one problem, though: she wants it fixed without her having to move the furniture. Some tricky shadows to work with, there… careful you don't drop any of the ornaments! High res is here.

Hey everyone, a quick one from me this week, I have been busy with lots of thing now im in my GCSE years

I found the problem to the damp, but ended up making it worse and not stopping the problem, tell your mother sorry.

PS. mguyer, a bit of that framed wall at the bottom it cracked, otherwise well done.

Some people are never satisfied!

Hey Dezolat0r thanks for the tip, I'm working on it.

I think Dezolat0R meant the reflection of the wallpaper on the trays of the stand rather than the wallpaper reflecting the figurine, Rufus.

Re: Contest 64: Stop the rot
Actually I meant the reflection in the glossy marble structure to the right of the picture.. but either way it's not right for me to go critisizing others work when I haven't even spent the time to come up with a picture myself! I'll be quiet now.

There is no need to apologise, I don't mind comments on my work, that's what the forum is about isn't it?

So thanks to both you and maiden for taking the time to give your opinion, any other feedback is more than welcome.

I will be sending my picture complete with (all) reflections soon.

Thank you BobbyJo! I thought that I was the only one having trouble with this image. I am also having trouble with the "paint".

Sorry Steve, but it seems that Mrs. Slocombe has once again placed orange hair in style.

I love the "Are You Being Served Bit" perhaps we could put Mr. Humphreys on the table top. Interesting paint job on the trim.

Well I had lots of problems with this. I decided to be perhaps too ambitious and removed the furniture. I mended the woodwork but the I realised I had 'painted' myself into a corner and couldn't do anything

Well BobbyJo, looks like it took you a long time to get the furniture out, the damp has come back!
