Contest 68: Emergency rescue
This great shot of a police car comes courtesy of the excellent PhotoObjects.net. OK, the shadow's a little strong, but I'm sure you can fix that. What I really want, though, is to see this car in action, with all lights blazing - at night, if you feel that's going to help make the point. The choice of location is up to you. But how do you make the lights flash in a static image? Animated GIFs are acceptable this week… High res is here.  |

I asked the police if I can go with them all day to take pictures of them. but the weather got to extreme so I couldn't get any night shots....

Thank Lexus. Most of it attributable to the Vanishing Point filter in CS2 which I've finally been able to upgrade to along with the purchase of my new Nikon D70 - much overtime, scrimping and scraping had to be done which is why I haven't been as prominent on the Forum as previously. Much more scrimping and scraping will need to be done in order to buy a nice zoom macro lens and a decent i-TTL dedicated flash for my lovely new toy  _________________ mad as a badger and twice as furry |

Contest 68: Emergency rescue
Hi Guys, I'm new to the forum .. or any forum come to think of it, so i hope you'll bear with as i'm not quite sure about forum ettiquette? Anyway .. I've been using photoshop for a while but decided it was time to hone my skills and "how to cheat in Photoshop" came highly recomended. I bought the book, followed the link .. and here i am! I've been checking out the Friday challenge archives and can see the standards are pretty high .. my first impression was not to embarrass myself by submitting anything .. but after reading peoples comments i decided that this was definitly 'THE' place to get some unbiased, and hopefully, constructive criticism .. so here goes .....  |
