Contest 136: Flesh and bones
There's something compelling about skulls as objects. They seem so full of mystery and potential. Here's an example I found, but it's rather too clean: indeed, I suspect this one may be made of plastic.

Can you make it look as if it's been lying in the ground for a few hundred years? Or, indeed, think of a better use for it?

High res is here.

How about book-ends?! There's always room for the fourth edition!

while on a photo safari in Arizona, I happened upon this skull half buried in the sand and bleached by the hot desert sun

Yahoo! I'm in vacation for a week! I'll have some time to play with this! It's been a while!

Steve Mac, I love your texture and your golden tooth!

Marty, that is a "hot" montage!

Hello all!
My second try here: a little homage to Arthur C. Clarke.

Take care all and keep the good work.

Re: Contest 136: Flesh and bones
This one looks like it could be fun, but don't think I will have time. Heaps of work at the moment. Had a 2 day painting course in the weekend, and a full day Photoshop seminar on Thursday.
