I'm not sure that Steve will be too happy to find that Maiden has stolen his printer and only left him the sheet feeder though.

I had such a hard job trying to identity the type of printer and as I was unsuccesful I copied over from the original what I thought was the printer itself, but now from what you're saying it's main body was below on the next tier down - nevermind

It looks like a large Epson A3 printer to me.

Could well be, I searched high and low on Google and Epson pages but nothing looked like it.

Well. Here's my first entry into these challenges.

First off, I put Steve's computer under the desk. Who keeps their tower on the desk? Really...

I also gave Steve a bigger monitor. Hey, he's a professional. He deserves it. I also gave him a new screen saver of a a painting I did. I gave my take on Salvador Dali's "Sleep" with Spiderman. Why not?

Having no way of getting better than Maiden's image. I went for my type of housework....
Ignore It and hope it goes away (Which of course it never does)!!

You could say that this is the ideal way of tidying Steve's office, I have used numerous pages of his Book as inspiration LOL

Re: Contest 5: Tidy my office
Well, it's good to come back from holiday and find Santa's little elves have been hard at work polishing and tidying. A quick and very neat solution from John, although I can still see a lot of crud under the desk there! But that left-hand wall is very well redrawn, it blends in perfectly. Maiden, I love your approach, particularly the pine table for my printer. But could I reach my filing cabinet over there? And do I really look good in a green suit?

Atomicfog, you seem determined to distract me from my work. I still have to pay the mortgage, you know. Although moving the dummy's head to the noose is a good idea, I might just try that. Trinity, can't say I agree when you say she looks a little flat. Surely that's a matter of personal taste?

Raymardo, you seem to have chopped the back of my desk off! I suppose that's why you had to put the computer on the floor - it would have fallen off the back otherwise. I appreciate the drink, though - I'll need it to stop myself falling out of that floor-to-ceiling window. Tabitha, you just don't know how appropriate that is...

Well done, everyone.

Apologies for not submitting on this one, I do have a WIP which I'll put up for academic critique, it was just a difficult image and I didn't have time to finish it :/

Re: Contest 5: Tidy my office
I think you look good in green although this is obviously a colour cast problem as the suit was suppose to be gray - not one of my favourite things is correcting colour cast. But your filing cabinet is under the desk - unless I missed one? (ah I see it was a filing cabinet all this time and there was Trinity having me believing you had an A3 dye sub printer )

Re: Contest 5: Tidy my office
Surely, this whole thing is the printer?

Re: Contest 5: Tidy my office
I wouldn't have said so - it looks to me like a plith or a shelf of somekind with a standard Ink-Jet printer - I suppose only Steve knows for real.

Re: Contest 5: Tidy my office
You're absolutely right, that it all the printer, although it's a standard Epson and not a dye sub. Raymardo, you left me with just a paper tray!

It's a Stylus Photo 1200.

Isn't this getting a little technical for a Friday Challenge? You'll be wanting to know what that thing hanging on the right hand wall is next.

No, but I have a pack of vicious Rottweilers who sleep between 7 and 9 every evening. I go out to the movies on Thursdays, and the key's under the mat.

Hey, I'm insured, I back up every week. Go ahead, take the lot!

Hey Steve, I suppose that would be one way of clearing away all the clutter
