A very happy holiday to everyone.

I have enjoyed your company a lot. I have also learned a lot; got frustrated a lot and laughed a lot. What more could I ask from a forum? And what is more .. I'm going to do it all again next year.

My 2nd try. I thought the pot made my bonsai look out of place. Tried adding more snow, but I noticed the absence of snow on the trees in the background, so I scrapped it.

Welcome to the dimly lit entrance of Nick's cave. Everything is peace and quiet and everybody is resting before the major work effort that lies ahead. Nick does not fancy decorated trees, he preferes the minimalistic style you see here.
