Hey Eggbox. Hauled off your old sofa for you, Painted, Replaced your carpet, drapes and table, now all you need to do is find that replacement sofa.

Re: Contest 129: Eggbox's sofa
What an amazing set of options from which to choose. I can feel the software creeping up on me.

I have seen Becky's brilliant piece but only on Nicole's machine. It seems I require Adobe Flash Player but having downloaded it, selected the language to use and clicked OK it installed for about half a second then... nothing. No residual screen nor offer to restart Windows. I have Netscape 7.2 Inside the Programme file for Netscape I have found Flash Player helper and Get Flash player updater in the Plugin but it still won't work even after a restart. Any thoughts? Maybe not in the Friday Challenge section.

Eggbox, while updating your Flash Plug-in is a good step, Maiden's art is an animated GIF file and not a Flash one. Try downloading Firefox, it's a better browser.

They say the best things in life are free, but not for sofas and their guests...

With apologies to Maiden, whose creation inspired this bit of nonsense?

Steve, I am new to the Friday challenge. How do you upload a Fridays challenge image.

Thanks Brad

A couple of weeks ago, Eggbox posted a query: should he spend his money on CS3, a new lens for his camera or recovering his sofa?

I thought we should help him out with the last one, so he's only got a choice of two to worry about - and Ted's obligingly sent in a photograph of the sofa in question. Can you give this piece of furniture a makeover? And if you feel like extending your redecorating skills to the rest of the room, feel free.

Ted's sofa in high res is here.

CLick on the word "here" in blue. It will show you the image and yuou can then save it by right clicking on it (PC) and selecting "Save image as..." in the menu that will show up. Mac afficinados should complete this...

Thank you Steve for finding the missing portrait of my ancestor.

How frustrating; I can see James' giff but still not Becky's. Is there a clue that I can't see her avatar either?

I showed the pictures so far to my son, Eggcarton, last night and he loved them.

Well Ted, I have no time to play this week so my suggestion is to get your wife a new couch!!

Some great entries. Maiden.....very interesting but scary!

Does this help with your feeling of it "lacking something"?
