Click here. The rest is just finding the right objects, adjusting hue, opacity, blur etc. |

Re: Contest 142: Behind bars
Thanks Neal, Here's how I distressed that wall. On top of the original photograph, I put a hue saturation adjustment layer. Blending Mode Hard light, Saturation= 0. Then above that, a photograph of an old wall. It was quite contrasty, almost black and whitish, so a blending mode of Multiply did the trick. Same thing for the pipes. A picture of a rusty metal surface set to Hard Light (with layer mask of course to mask the wall) |

Re: Contest 142: Behind bars
Well, have been away for awhile and wanted to try to get back into the swing of things!! Too many layers, too much time and still too many things that bug me! oh... took a little extra creative license... (Maybe just call it 'view from the other side') original _________________ Drawing attention to what otherwise might be overlooked... emphasizing things that matter. |

A 'surveillance' mirror helps you keep track of things when you are below street level. And new architecture enhances the old buildings. _________________ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
