All the best wishes, Steve.

I really did have my card finished before I saw your entry, Claude.

Re: Contest 181: A speedy recovery
Tetris has given me many many hours of problem solving and is so much fun; just like the HTCIP Friday Challenge in fact.

It therefore seems appropriate to make Steve's get well card in a Card-tris styleeeee...

Vern, that's brilliant! It must have taken ages to work out the block order!

Don't think that I'm going to have time to put a card together, but I do wish you a speedy recovery Steve.

Re: Contest 181: A speedy recovery
Thanks Vibeke and Katew.

It took a little while to decide which order to have the blocks drop in as I wanted the message to reveal.

I also thought about having some of the blocks rotating, moving horizontally and the line of blocks disappearing when completed like the real Tetris game, but it was all getting a bit complicated for my animation skills so I settled on the simpler approach.

EDIT - I just noticed that the forum is recording the time of this post as an hour later that it actually is; is it always set to BST and I just haven't noticed before?

Didnt think I would have time this week for an animation..but, here it is, created from scratch.

Steve I hope that you are recovering well and starting to feel good again.

Re: Contest 181: A speedy recovery
Hi Steve,
I've only just found out about all this as I am just having a sneaky look on a dial-up connection in the middle of a skiing trip in the Dolomites. No time to create a get well card but I do wish you a speedy recovery.
