Excellent montage - the perspective is really convincing.

Wonderful work so far! Just to let you know I'm going away for a week, so won't be here to write up this Challenge on Friday. I'll do it on the Tuesday when I get back, though. In the meantime, any problems - David Asch is your chap.

Have a wonderful Easter, I think it's amazing how you keep this forum going week after week, and still do other work. Don't eat too much chocolate.

Hi tooquilos,

Nice composition.
I was wondering if you could give me some help, in sharing the technique you used for you street lights please. They look very realistic and something I have trouble with.

Regards,

Gavin

It was a great day when they demolished that 1st Millennium rubbish and built something that was really interesting and would be looked on by an admiring population for hundreds of years to come.

Thanks for your comment Mick.
it's nice getting feed back especially as i have just started learning ps. I do refer to techniques a lot due to not remembering them, hopefully one day I will be fluent in ps.

You're well on your way. If I am to choose, I would choose the blue version, it's very good.

Hi Gavin, the King Kong idea is fantastic!

With the lights...I created a new layer and with a very soft brush and a size appropriate for the light, just painted on the creamy colour. Then applied some gaussian blur and reduced the opacity a bit.

Hope this helps Gavin
