That's excellent Deborah. I went to see Tin Tin as well on Sunday and thought it was very entertaining and beautifully put together. |

What a lot of greater later entries also Impressive.
Looking fwd to yours as well Josephine. My final whimper, but not really I hope, but PS yes maybe. Mr Newton starts to measure Dirac (bit difficult in a quantum world, joking), which of course (according my understanding) Paul ( The Strangest Man) would never have had the chance to show us his genius if he had not had his sponsored university placements without Isaac Newton and others that preceded him creating the space. (Quite funny the English language how you can have so many "have" and "had" in a sentence and it still makes sense, well maybe not me)
Ref: 1) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Dirac . His father was French/Swiss and mother English. They lived in Bristol. Later he went to Denmark & Germany with all the other famous physicists, though did not get on with Bohr and most/all people, Cambridge and left us for USA, his resting place. 2) And a tribute In West Minster Abbey http://www.westminster-abbey.org/our-history/people/paul-dirac "Probably the greatest English physicist since Sir Isaac Newton, 3) And of course many many others beyond England/UK and includes, to name just a few Einstein, Feynman, Leibniz, Schroedinger, Heisenberg, Ada Lovelace, Marie Currie, Max Plank,.more... and many that never received recognition....
Sorry noisy again....
I have my poppy. you've seen me in fields of France.... |
