After some thought I decided not to publish my first image. In the unlikely but possible event of it going viral I could find myself in a lara trouble. So, this is the slightly altered, emasculated, pointless version. Use your imagination.

Re: Challenger 1054: The flying palace
First to take to the skies this week was lwc, with a glamorous jet interior, featuring good movement from Musk and Trump. And is that Melanoma descending the staircase? I like the fact that you’ve bothered to animate the clouds. The solo Musk jet seems comfy – what is it about billionaires and beige leather? Musk looks extremely punchable in that image. Good to see Goldfinger with his golf club, but not enough gold in the cabin! Small technical point: the relative position of Honor Blackman’s (ahem) breasts would suggest that we’re looking up at her, but her position in the plane is looking down on her. The cockpit view is effective, and I like the extra planes. Trump is very recognisable even from the back, isn’t he. And what a good place to practise your gold swing. And has some fool let him at the controls?

DavidMac's Hello spread is a masterpiece of bad taste, with its classical paintings and sculptures and throne-like bed. Do the stairs disappear into his’n’hers bathrooms? Gloriously gaudy. Even the Beckhams would flinch. (I like your Jane Seymour anecdote.)

A Trump-branded jet from michael sinclair, but check your perspective: the viewpoint suggests that the camera is almost on a level with the plane, which means we should be able to see the horizon. Interestingly, this works best when the plane is above the clouds:

The gold plane works much better, although there’s something very curious about those cutout clouds.

A desert setting from tooquilos – did Trump going native on his Middle East tour? I like the elements here, although I must point out that having the three copies of the lamp at different heights accentuates the fact that the viewing position doesn’t change between them. I like the fact that you’ve built it inside the original plane. Great cod Arabic font in the animated version, and a very nicely gilded plane! Haven’t heard Rocking the Casbah for a very long time…

A 3D modelled plane from dwindt, with rather restrained furnishing – too elegant for Trump! I couldn’t interpret all the logos along the sides, though. Subtle lighting.

A pared-back in terror from Mariner, with Melancholia looking decidedly statuesque. I like the glazed windows, and the lighting on the floor. You’ve really made me want to see your first image now!

Well now, that’s either Salome or salami… I’m guessing the former.

Right! Salome. Herod's wife's daughter.

Agreed... was a quickly made silly gag and I didn't give it much attention. Thanks Steve!

I'm still baffled. I am assuming Trump to be Herod. But who is St John? Whose head is about to roll?

Really??

That was my thinking.

I really enjoyed this one. Thanks!!

(I like your Jane Seymour anecdote.)

I have managed to put my foot firmly in my mouth on more than a few occasions but telling a well known actress to her face that she was unmemorable must surely top the list. Only the fact that it was so clearly a genuinely stupid and unwitting failure on my part and so obviously without intent or malice saved me.
