Thanks for the title Steve, although I haven't done much in the way of gif animation in a while. At first I thought I'd be titled the golden gif gangster,

"You diiirty rats, I'm on top of the world Ma, top of the world *bang bang bang* bugger!"

Just common sense, really - and a generous dollop of hte Image Warp tool. The original photo had the girl standing with both arms on her hips, so I had to move one of them before I could even start.

The second image didn't really come together until I moved her boobs down. I figured with all that extra bulk they'd be a little more pendulous! And, of course, thickening up the jaw line really helped!
