That dang blasted Caplin boy has gotten away again! The boss is gonna have Rosco on nightwatch duty faster than you can say "YEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAWWWWW!"

Apparently, plentiful memory is needed when making these animations, and Photobucket doesn't like big files.

The water may not be rushing and the car may be out of commission, but at least I got some action going on...

Thing is, when he puts his mind to it, he can produce some impressive stuff - the lego movies are great, the animated gif with flashing police lights in this thread is very good....

So, Lexus, how about applying the following rule to your posts:

If it takes less than 5 seconds to think up and/or less than 10 seconds to produce, best keep it to yourself ? !! (be honest, 99% of your posts wouldnt past this test!)

Just a suggestion

Absolutely Paul, I was really only pulling Lexus' leg. He does do some great stuff, but really should limit his enthusiasm not to producing images like a production line but more about controlling that enthusiasm to do one or two pictures to the best of his skills which would be quite spectacular should he apply himself in this way.

Come on Lexus quality is always better than quantity.

tried doing an animation, but when ioptomize the file size gets bigger,must be doing something stupid ???? any sugestions.

Yes, i know everyone, thats my problem, i just keep making mediocre ones, but if i had the images and the skills to do things in good perspective, then maybe i would do fings slower, if you get what i mean.

Practice, as they say, makes perfect. Delivering a ton of quick images in order to have something on the board seems a little counter-productive to me. It's not a race, it's a bit of fun and more importantly, a way to increase your skill.
