Thank you Gordon for the compliment!

And, michael sinclair, how do you do it? that was fantastic! It must take hours to make those different images.

I've heard that He puts on his make-up by himself. Even with make-up you recognize Him...

So this clown takes his car back to the garage to complain that the doors won't fall off

Pierre,
That's scarier than the real thing!
Why is it that, whenever I see Dubya, I immediately think of Alfred E. Newman in the old 'Mad' Magazine? What, me worry?

Honestly not trying to make a political statement here!

Wow! Thansk Neal! I like the way your hat sits on the head and the touch of the bowtie. Everything fits naturally with The head you PS'd... scary, huh?

Ben, I like the label!

Re: Contest 148: Clowning around
One of the nice things about Photoshop is that there is usually more than one way of doing things.

The first method I tried to whiten the face was, basically, to use a white coloured layer and, using this to get a separate selection which was place above the white, I used a combination of blending modes and transparency to get the white face.

Then I thought of using curves to achieve a better effect. Here I made a selection of that part of the face that I wanted to be white and copied it to a new layer. Using a curves adjustment layer and luminosity blending mode I got this effect.

I’ll leave you guys to figure out which you prefer.

Thank you Neil (Dirtdoctor23), and I hope you had terrific Memorial Day.

Gordon, for what it's worth, I like the second image, the one created with curves. There's more detail to the skin and shadows.
