In dome stadiums there is a large entrance way on one end of the dome leading onto the field under the seating (There is in the Superdome here in Louisiana at least) thats why I cut off the figure. He fit the field better with the legs extending under the seating. And I burried the other 22. LOL . Thanks Steve for the comments. Always appreciated!! Neil _________________ "I haven't failed.... Steve, Thank you for your comments, always appreciated. I did give some thought to switching the horses legs, but wasn’t sure how to achieve it. Some spectators got headaches. |

Yes, there were choices, but having come around "full circle" after reading and studying all the available books, I seem to have become complacent, lazy, or even comfortable with just two selection methods: Magic Wand, and the Pen tool. If the Magic Wand doesn't do it, then my oh-so-beloved Pen Tool will always do the trick--even with hair: smudge, blur, and feather! May the Lasso Tool rest in peace, and ashes to ashes etc; or as I prefer to say, good riddance! I'm surprised I wasn't picked up on McEnroe's reflected light coming from the wrong side. |

Thanks Steve, though I found it tricky finding enough Quidditch players on nice easily-snippable backgrounds - Potter-nerds will notice there's not a complete team present on either side! I was going to load up my DVDs and find some good screenshots to use but that seemed like a huge task to accomplish in a short period of time so, erm, I didn't. I actually used about 20 layers on this entry, that's a new record for me! Oh, and the red ball is the quaffle, and the player in the bottom left corner of the pitch (a gently coloured B&W pic from the US edition of the book) is reaching for the snitch. No bludgers, as they're just practising at the mo... and I will resist the urge to waffle about how I created the pic, though I will say the grass was picture-tubed with individual blades and the lines were hand-drawn. |
