Here's my starting photo I found on Wikipedia. I added the inset to show an example of a bus wrap. It is indeed remarkable that the bus riders can still see out the windows so they don't miss their stop.

Thanks Steve for your comments. Deduction of virtual points .... aaaarrgh ... I am virtually distraught
The layers palette was a composite and not the real one (no excuse for not making a pretend duplication though). The bit I really enjoyed doing on this image was creating the monitor surround and the on/off button in PS. I may even put up a tutorial on making the button if I have some time.

You're the right man for the job, Steve. I did set up the camera in front of a mirror so that I could see the viewfinder. Now I can strengthen the shadows, delete the white smudge layer on the number, and I'll be ready for 300 in 2010.

Thank you Steve. It was a lot harder than I thought embossing myself onto a coin. I think it would of appeared a lot more realistic had I used a sharper image of myself.

Splendid lighting from Whaler, which adds a lot of interest and mystery to this image. The added textures combine to produce an intriguing shot. I'd like to have seen these textures overlaid into the portrait a little more, though, rather than appearing entirely in the background. And what's with all the trucks, Hans-Erik?

Thanks, Steve. And congratulations on completing challenge no. 200, you do a wonderful job on commenting our efforts.

About the trucks; there's only one actually, fitted with a snow plow which you barely see anything of. But the reference being that, I believe, many people associate Sweden with snow, though we've had very little of it the last winters. What I think you mistook for a truck, is probably the overlayed image to the left, which, in fact, is a picture of a rusty old gear. I thought that was appropriate for a mechanical engineer to have in the background.
