Tom, I really like the silhouette, it has a very nice eclipse vibe. Glen, I always look forward to seeing your work, and even though I don't post much I visit the forum often and was happy to see your return. I hope you do keep coming back in the future... As I don't post much I have always shied away from posting constructive criticism, but in the spirit of Glens comments I would like to mention that a lot of people are missing the transparency bit at the bottom of the ladies dress when it comes to putting a background in. Some people have solved this by cropping, others (like me) have stuck with a white background, but (sorry if I’ve missed someone) I think Deborah is the first to integrate it with a background convinsingly. Kudos to Deborah! By the way, any constructive criticism on my images will always be taken in the best way! |

Glen, allows me to criticize your image. The characters are very well integrated into the decor and the idea is quite original. For the lighting man on the face of the man does not seem very well suited. The front panel is lit when the moon is behind! Ditto for the shirt which I think is too white for one night. For the little woman, a little too blue for my taste but it depends on you! You could change her dress that is too perfect for a vampire. His gaze is quite interesting. The mist could have been added around the characters to create a more sombre. Consider my remarks as a compliment and a response to your comments on friday Callenge! Amicalement Cl & m & nt |

Cl&m&nt (do you have a shorter name , that's a lot of typing!) Thanks for the crit. Yep you're right, I could have played around a bit more with the lighting on his face and shirt. Sticks out like a sore thumb now you've mentioned it. As for the blue vampire, I prefer them that colour, you know where you stand with a blue vampire. Her dress? she's on her first date, it's her best dress too, and she wanted to impress before her meal.
