Contest 81: Nightclub atmosphere
Here's a great shot of a singer on stage (courtesy of the fantastic PhotoObjects.net). But she does look rather lonely. Can we give her a nightclub setting? You know - spotlights, perhaps a mirror ball, an appreciative audience, anything to give it a bit of atmosphere? High res is here.  |

Background is made out of 3 photos and the light on the girl was painted in two passes ( is that the right word for it?) using adjustments - match color and a few lens flares.  |

Karaoke bar setting. Making the background black is such a cop out, but it hides my bad clipping job wonderfully.  _________________ I'm still using 6.0 |

I don't know if those of you from the UK have heard of Lonestar but they are a pretty popular band. Here is the lead singer with his guest star. I used an original photo of him, with a second photo for the lights.  _________________ Pauline |

Pauline: Lonestar is the best! Not many people in the UK know of Lonestar, I do because I love the whole country music scene, everyone in school thinks im wierd because I like country!

and Lexus.... of course you can use her name for your Album cover mate.... I'm looking forward to seeing it 
I know Lonestar too btw Pauline.... they had a big hit with Amazed.... cool song...... and not a bad band too

Lexus and Dalton, they are a great band. I was lucky enough to have front row seats to their concert and got some nice pictures. They played in the Casino a half hour drive from my home. _________________ Pauline |

Looks like Taya took a break from her tour to use her celebrity power to protest the war. I'm sorry to take her out of the nightclub atmosphere, but I can't pass up an opportunity to poke fun at the Bush Administration or voice my opinion about the war! And awesome poster DaltonX.  |

I must admit this did look better against a black background 
Is there a way to make pictures in photoshop that aren't square ? In my entry I would have liked the edge of the picture to have been the pink border with the 'rounded' edges.  |
