Contest 121: Launch time
Next week I'll be celebrating my birthday at the launch of my new book, Stuff the Turkey. It's a follow-up to last year's Dad Stuff, published in the US as Be the Coolest Dad on the Block (not my choice of title). So, I've found this billboard poster site, which seems perfect for publicising the book. I haven't placed a firm booking - any ideas on how we could fill the space? High res is here.

So this is what you do in your 'spare time'. Loved Amazons suggestions for people who were interested in the book... links to holidays in Turkey. English can be such a confusing language. |

Hi Vibeke - Great work, I love the turkeys. But is the spelling mistake intentional? (Steve might not sign your copy when he sees his name misspelt!)

As self-appointed CEO of Caplin Enterprises (US Division) we select advertisement placement based on three main factors: location, location, location. We have also done away with the old billboard and opted for the super large Sony 8000 flat screen display. Finally in anticipation of the upcoming movie we started to build the hype. 
BTW: Steve - Not to bring this up in a public forum, but I still haven't received my salary check from Caplin Enterprises, are you sure it's in the mail? |
