Contest 236: Love is in the air
Well, we can't escape it - it's Valentine's Day tomorrow, and all over the world men will be buying overpriced roses and trying to book last minute tables in full restaurants. I came across this image of an entwined couple, courtesy of the excellent photos.com, and thought it might be a good starting point. Whose heads could we substitute for this loving pair? Obama and Hillary, perhaps? Tricky if you choose a woman who doesn't have long brown hair, there will be some shoulder rebuilding to be done. You can choose who to place in here, and where to locate them. After last week's tricky Challenge, think of this one as light relief. But I am looking for convincing head matching. High res is here.  |

Respectfully: French can express this genre. Aside: Emile Zola. My hero. Linked to Degas. Then it comes to Deaf Leopard, "Love Bites Love Bleeds" ..... ouch !! Last noise: I've been watching Three Colours Red again (great French trilogy), so I guess you might imaging my image when it comes , hey, but don't steal it .....  |

Hello Steeve and all other members of this forum; I started on photoshop and I bought your book for me perfect. So I had the adress of this forum which seemed very intérssant my, including the challenge Friday. So I start my first Friday challenge with some difficulties: -if I choose a woman with hair longer how to remove the other? -and how to reconstruct the shoulder? I hope that these issues do not irritate you ! thank you in advance! (I am French so I translate with a translator, sorry if you do not understand !) |

Bonjour! I would (and did !) use the clone tool to cover over the hair on the shoulder with skin from a nearby part To remove the hair hanging over her face I painted over it on a new layer (taking the colour from her face with the eye dropper) then lightened it where appropriate with the dodge tool to stop it looking flat.
