Challenge 339: Sky Scraping
Another shot from my recent Denver trip - and this one's a building referred to locally as the Cash Register, I'm told, because of its intriguing shape.

What caught my eye was the way the windows are place on the side: they don't conform to the shape of the building, but look for all the world like a poor Photoshop job, cut off halfway by the edge of the building. I don't know what the architect was thinking of, but it must have been a nightmare to execute this design.

So I was thinking - how else might this building have been constructed? What other shapes could it have ended in? Might it have had holes punched through it? The only limit is your imagination.

High res is here.

Terrific Ben (M)!

Love your holed building Ben (J) but how about some windows on the inside? Great avatar too!

Imagination Lonnie! Great work. It looks like two legs in the middle, so might expect it to walk off i.e. dynamic

Bruce you were the architect, interesting idea, maybe the original architect had that in mind, but I would not fancy constructing and certifying.

I like the hole Ben. (if I might give a small comment, maybe the perspective of the windows in middle lower is a question, but tricky and your idea)

Great initial entry Ben!

James, great entry and glad your back with Photobucket. (I prefer hang-gliding to para-gliding, but para-gliding is much safer and popular now). I use Firefox, but sometimes gives some issues with some sites (name/password cache), but I used it for all last week.

Fantastic James, love the cheese grater metamorphasis.

Brilliant Lonnie. How did you do that? I tried Puppet Warp to achieve something similar but didn't manage it.

Looking good BenJ!

Thank you Sophie.

Trevor, thanks again for the assistance, I still think Firefox needs its tail cropping.

Lonnie, I have to admire your entry.

There are some very clever entires so far. Mine is more mundane but as it is another technical challenge I have had lots of attempts and discards before producing this. I'm hoping setting it at dusk will disguise some of the errors...

Great images so far. I love yours Dooley! I really struggled this week with the execution of this image. The ideas were flowing but realising them was another story
