					Challenge 376: A better Newton
Outside the British Library in London is this magnificent sculpture. It's a figure of Isaac Newton by Eduardo Paolozzi, based on the drawing of Newton by William Blake. The trouble is, after I photographed it, it looked deeply unimpressive. The statue is too dark, the sky is dull, part of the Library intrudes on the right and there are some ugly buildings on the left. Can you make this picture look beautiful? High res is here. ![]() |

Fantastic sculpture - just hope it doesn't get stolen as so many others have recently. This has brought back so many memories, I went to Primary School with his daughters, had forgotten all about Landermere and swimming in the 'mud', and dissecting bullseyes (not a pleasant memory)! |

 I assume you're talking about Paolozzi's daughters (and not Newton's or even Blake's)? |

I don't want to explain..., up to you only if you wish..... , but a big question, she might have the answer...(?).
(BTW, conveniently a derivative from "Isa Playing Chess" together with her apple)(BTW2, this just references earth, maths and physics and not FCs (expleted) stealing our monies. But she could solve EU as well... ) ![]() |

wonderful! BTW: how did you managed the WC to be the same copper look than the sculpture? _________________ There are men who struggle for a day and they are good.
