					Challenge 390: Dr Wildgoose's Secret
I happened to accompany a friend to visit her horse at a stable last weekend, and as I was wandering around I came across an old chest tucked away against a wall. Painted on the lid was the addressee: R. Boagey

Re: Challenge 390: Dr Wildgoose's Secret
Who was the mysterious R Boagey? What service did Dr Wildgoose provide for him? And what was in the 13 large chests that were delivered to him? Well, it would seem from the local council records that Reginald Boagey was an entrepreneurial individual, who was sub leasing a barn from the Doctor, although the purpose of the Doctors lease remains unclear. Perhaps it was a hush hush arrangement, possibly for tax purposes. Anyway, it appears the Mr B had a lucrative import business, bring in Russian packing cases. That's all I could find, I'm afraid. Hope this helps.

Reginald Boagey, famed lepidopterologist, sent back fantastic specimens from his expedition to Tabatinga. Dr Wildgoose, having financed the expedition, eagerly awaits all thirteen crates. ![]() |
