Contest 69: Shopkeeping
Hard to believe there was ever a time when a shop could survive on selling paper bags. Clearly, the disposable carrier industry wasn't strong enough for this establishment. But it's a good building, in what may well have been a prime location. Do you think we can breathe some life back into this failed business? High res is here. Also, I'm getting rather concerned about my bandwidth and storage space here on the forum… to save having to delete earlier posts, could I request that entrants limit themselves to a maximum of two posts? One to get things going, and a possible second one to respond to other members' comments? Thanks!  |

It's been fixed. The forum software is a bit funny about filenames with apostrophes and spaces. I renamed the file and edited your post. _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |

New coat of paint, new name, and a few other minor alterations that do a good job of reviving it, I think. http://img459.imageshack.us/img459/9660/bagshop8ts.jpg If that doesn't show up, I'll be working on it

With the "For Dummies" range of books you never really know until it hits the shelves. It's quite ironic that a book that basically calls it's readership dumb is such a best seller but really that's the secret of it's success
