Challenge 814: Michael's cab
Michael Sinclair has spent some time cutting out this photograph of a cab for us, and suggests that you add a driver and a location. That extreme perspective will be tricky - choose your background with care!

Of course, if you wanted to complete this Challenge in true Michael Sinclair fashion, you'd ignore the starting image entirely and do something else.

High res is here.

That was my first thought, followed my Mariners idea of blowing it up.

Having read Steve's introduction, my first thought was how do we get Napoleon in the scene and blow the thing up? Then I scroll down to David's image and he's done just that!

Not that you have a reputation Michael!

Plastic dolls and modern art are the things to blow up not beautiful vintage retro taxis.

The perspective on this damn near killed me. This will have to pass. I think we are all of the generation to remember this Alan Parker movie.

Re: Challenge 814: Michael's cab
Thanks David and Gordon... by coincidence, I had shot a bunch of IR images from different angles and perspectives of this historic Route 66 bridge just last month. Adding Michael's cab made sense for a decent quickie. The old police car was added to this one for fun on my facebook page.

Hitchcock, a favorite director of mine. I've always looked forward to his brief cameos.

Not sure what this is about Tom, but I love it! Well worth going to the high res.
