So I'm spending my free time working on an animation about exponential growth and COVID-19 but I just loved the name of this game. Too bad it didn't catch on. Did you buy it, Steve?

I would have done more with this but didn't decide to do this until I got home from work today.

Re: Challenge 817: Narwhal in my noodles
First to tackle the narwhal was Mariner, with an artfully constructed snake on a plate - a good spin on the movie title. I laughed out loud at the second entry, with some great quotes. Hilarious.

Animated noodles from lwc, with sone spectacular text effects: are those objects from the actual game, then?

A glorious poster image from DavidMac, full of ingenuity - from the noodle sea to the narwhal inflatable, right down to the menacing narwhal at the bottom. Those bubbles really add to the sense of movement: a really good addition. And I like the way the drawn straw in the second entry pokes through the lid to become the real thing, in a very tastefully designed soup container. The take on Alien in the third entry is beautifully realised - great lighting on the noodles.

It looks like Frank's movie is a Frank-Steve coproduction, with plenty of added noodles. Lots of great detail here, but I’m not sure all that empty space is typical of a movie poster… maybe put the title next to the boy, rather than below? An entertaining shoe-wearing lobster in the animated version - I like how it jumps out of the way of the waves. Saves a lot of complex masking.

A Disney spectacular from Ant Snell, with a really cute narwhal. I’d change that title font, though, unless the film is set in the 1920s. Good to see your renovation work - there’s a Friday Challenge in that conservatory…

A fun spin on the title from JimH, with a discreet name tag on the dog making sense of the title. Watch out for adding too many effects to your text, though: a red serif font with a stroke and a drop shadow makes for almost unreadable text.

Splendid animated noodles from michael sinclair, with more treatment of type than I’ve seen in for a long time. Don’t underline text, though - that’s something only typewriters do. Oh, and small technical point: surely you mean Tapeworm, not Tateworm?

An entertaining poster from srawland, with a guest narwhal appearance. Is Noodles the name of the scientist, then?

Some 3D animated noodles from tooquilos, swirling around a swimming narwhal. Is that a glass bowl they’re in? I like the title treatment.
