Challenge 1124: Finish the mural
I saw this artist mid-way through painting a mural on some building hoardings in La Rochelle recently. I'm off there again this weekend. Can you show me how it might look when it's finished? High res is here. |

It was wasn't till I downloaded the large that I saw the outlines. Something tells me you're hoping for more than just playing colouring book ............ _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

Re: Challenge 1124: Finish the mural
Silly quickie. I am as out of inspiration this week as I was full of it last. Colour by number is very much a digital thing nowadays but when I as a lad in the fifties it was called “Painting by Numbers”. It came in a kit with numbered outline drawings on canvas textured paper, brushes and a full set of numbered paint pots.
AI declaration: AI was used to extract the bold outlines from the faint lines in the original. _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

This is a totally AI generated image due to being on road with only my phone but I am sure some of you will know the artist. |

I remember it well... when it comes to painting, I still need a kit today. |

Now that take on Escher is interesting Ben. I was just about to start on an out of bounds image too. But not nearly as clever ........... _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

Works on iPad but not Windows PC... clicking the link on the PC does not work either. More strange issues lately than ever in the past. EDIT - It's working this morning... |

Re: Challenge 1124: Finish the mural
Hold that Tiger...!! I was focused on the issues of images showing up or not and forgot to say that the 'out of bounds' entry is quite a fun one. |
