Inkling!
just amazing technology! from Wacom again... last year I was wondering if it was worth it buying a drawing tablet or not, finally and after reading the comments in this forum I bought an Intuos 4 small and I´m totally pleased I did so http://www.wacom.com/en/Products/Inkling Regards, David |

Re: Inkling!
Yes, indeed, I got my hands on an Inkling this week - and very nice it is too. There are several pen devices out there that will copy the drawing to a PC, but two things are special about this: first, you can click a button to start drawing on a new layer; and second, the pen uses 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity. Plus, drawings can be imported into either Photoshop (at 600dpi) or Illustrator (as vector artwork). A most impressive piece of kit. I hope to be getting one on loan for an extended review, and will report back when I do so. |

Re: Inkling!
not to mention you are not restricted to a certain surface (material) in order to sketch. Steve, about your reviews, is there anywehere online where we can read them? David |

Re: Inkling!
That's absolutely right - you can draw on any surface. The pen has ink in it as well, so you really can just draw as normal. The review will be for MacUser magazine - will let you know when it appears online. |
