Helicon Focus
The photographers amongst us might be interested in this site. The 'Helicon Focus' software is an amazingly good piece of software for increasing the depth of field in a photograph by combining images taken with different focus settings. It is particularly good for macro-photography and, if you are interested in that sort of thing, photomicrography. It can also be used in 'normal photography to get extreme depth of field.
