I just checked with Amazon to try and trace my order. First of all they said that I hadn't ordered it at all. Secondly after continuous searching I found the book available by the 31st of March if I order now. I then went back into my account and this time I found the pre-order, it was still quoting 13 July delivery. So I cancelled that order, and went back to re-order to get it by 31st March. Only to find that they were now quoting 13th July again. Even on the telephone they still quoted 13th July. The only thing I can think of is that sometimes I order from USA and I think the book may be available from that site but not UK! _________________ Mark Goodwin If you do what you have always done, you'll get what you've always got! |

I was correct in my assumption. Amazon USA has the book available for shipment now, but Amazon UK are still quoting July delivery. After cancelling my order with the UK site, I ordered my copy with the USA site and will get it in 6-10 days. The cost including shipping was something like £27.00 which is about the same as the retail cost here I think. So, couldn't wait until JULY!! will now have it in April! J'ai commandé ce livre le 06 avril... Et on me dit que je dois attendre le 13 juillet pour le recevoir... C'est trop dur!!! _________________ Mais je me connais, je lâcherais pas l'affaire.... Hi Steve, I thank you and appreciate you and this forum more than you will ever know. I've waited a long time for tutorials with the student in mind. I've purchased Art and Design AND 100% photoshop. I have PS CS3, will there be any limitations for me by having the "old" version of Photoshop? Once again, YOU ROCK!! |

Thanks for the kind words, Renee! The simple answer is: you should be able to complete all the tutorials using CS3. When I wrote the book I was careful to make it as broad as possible. Simple! Steve |

For information the book is available in the UK in advance of its July publication date from http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/book/9780240814254/100-Photoshop . I was diappointed that I would have to wait to get my hands on it until the summer but now I am not!!  |
