The Desk Drawer
I never expected to be able to complete this chapter given my complete lack of artistic talent - in fact I nearly didn't buy the book at all because I thought it wasn't for me. I am really glad I did, though. The chapters become strangely addictive and you really learn so much (if only I could remember it all!) Getting the items in proportion when putting them in the drawer was one of the most difficult parts. I am not sure if I have succeeded. ![]() _________________ Man cannot change the direction of the wind but he can adjust the sails |

That's splendid work! I love the shine on the ashtray, and the scattering of the paperclips and rubber bands. Excellent! |

Puffin, you said "(if only I could remember it all!) ".........Yeah, if only! That's the neat thing about having the book - you can (and I do!!!!) go back and refresh! Ditto Steve on the drawer! _________________ "Imagination, not invention, is the supreme master of art........" Joseph Conrad |

Thanks for the kind comment, Joey. Yes it is frequently a case of 'go back and look it up.....again' _________________ Man cannot change the direction of the wind but he can adjust the sails |
