fan model download page 86
Downloaded from but.ly/ZEY00J the model 3dm-tablfan.3ds is very small less than 12px when opened in Photoshop CC!!! Please advise  |

You're right, it does come in tiny - and separated into two parts: 
This is a new bug in CC, it would appear, as it opened for me fine in CS6 (which is what I used to write the book). As it's a 3D object, you can simply enlarge it to any size you want. But you'll also need to reassemble the two parts, as they inadvertently explode on entry! |

I do not have CS6 extended, just CS6 without 3D. I'll have a go with doing what you said with Photoshop CC 2014 64-bit. |
