Thanks for the comments Steve! Perspective and shadows aren't my favourite dish, and of course being me I had to do Photoshops with both of them included but your comments helped, thanks! |

Thanks Steve. It was one of those new wireless bulbs. You must have seen them in the shops!? I loved doing both of these images and, so it seems, did everyone else. Well done to all. Off on my hols to Provence so probably won't be around for a couple of weeks. _________________ Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana. |

Re: Contest 216: Water tower makeover
Thanks Steve the Refraction gave me the most problems on this image I'm familiar with the refraction of the background where a goldfish bowl is used as that's very simply the Spherise Tool, in this case the refraction was to try to wrap the background around a cylindrical shape and I tried to use the Spherise Tool set to 'Vertical Only' but it never really created the warp I wanted. Any suggestions? Becky |

Thanks Steve. It's not an installation van - if you zoom in, you can see that it's a Channel 4 OB van for Grand Designs. |

Thank you Steve for your comments. I didnt even think about the rear of the dome. However, I did think of cutting off Rapunzel's hair, but just couldnt do it. Kept wondering how long it must of taken her to grow it to such a length |

Thanks Steve, the peace sign is indeed real, the photo was from this past spring - just added the tower and the lawn mowing guy. |

Yesss! Counting the days 'til the end of this administration. We're hoping there's something salvageable left for the next guy. _________________ The journey of a thousand hours begins with a single layer. |
