Japanese Bride
I was walking my dog the other day, and I bumped into this wedding party that was taking place outside a temple close to my home. I couldn't get too close because there were a lot of people there. But I asked for permission to take some pictures,. Everybody was wearing such beautiful clothes. This is a photo of the bride. According to one of the guests they had to pay over 10 thousand dollars for this hand made Kimono. ![]() |

Beautiful Daniel. A great shot under the circumstances I think(?). Thanks for sharing. I'm not really an embroidery expert, but looks like a lot of work, silk I'm sure, and if I'm right, some of the embroidery is gold?? |

Re: Japanese Bride
Thanks Trevor. You are right about the "circumstances". I couldn't get a proper shot, cause there were a lot of people walking in front of me all the time ... ![]() |
