Yes, indeed - remarkably lifelike stuff. With animated GIFs, it's always a trade-off between file size and complexity. The amount of movement makes a big difference. So the first animation, with the flyaway hair, weighs in at 496K because it comprises 29 separate frames. But the movement is constrained to a small area. In the second animation, with the flickering light, much more of the scene changes from frame to frame. Yet this is only 332K in size, because there are just 8 frames in the animation. Most amused to see the error in the image of the girl on the balcony - she has a rather point animated breast that I don't think was intentional! Very clever work. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. They don't have the wit of James, Anna or Becky, though, do they. |

Thanks Steve, I know that the work with GIFs, at the principle is not such an easy job althought , with a lot of patience, not so impossible too, but in this case the whole thing starts with Jamie's photo style, , and ends with what most impressed me, and that more calls attention: the subtlety of the movement! Precisely here that's the cleverness! I like, and admire so much the works of Anna,Becky and James, too ! ![]() I can't see the point you refered in the breast of the girl, only the the point of what seems a headscarf which is also shaken by the wind along with the hair ! |

Thanks for sharing these. I especially love the eye movement sequence - fantastic. The author has a very keen eye for depicting movement and the flowing salmon coloured skirt is also astounding. The only one which fell short of the mark for me was the champagne glass, where some arm movement would have explained the movement of the bubbly. Agree about the balcony girl, it's the headscarf. Steve, off to Specsavers now! |

Thanks Nick, don't left me alone !!! I 'm working with a new display, and was willing to proceed a new calibration of it! I only didn't do because I was so busy today ! Agree with you, too, about the champagne glass ! ![]() |

These are excellent, thanks Paulo. I got the impression that the girl with the champagne glass was actually standing on something that was moving. Maybe an escalator? Airport moving floor? Washing Machine??? ![]() _________________ Mark Goodwin If you do what you have always done, you'll get what you've always got! |

Re: Very impressive works
Hi Mark, Good to hear from you ! Maybe you're right, but looking again I guess that the movement was due to the camera shaking of a drunk photographer! Look again to the photo and you'll see the reflex of him on the glass !!! LOL ![]() |
