The male ostrich gave my little camera at the time a whack. Dirty afterwards. (That camera dead now). Protecting his female I guess. Fine. I'm not sure why she is wearing red lipstick  They have very big eyes and powerful and protective.....
I don't wish to think about their fate...., but if I can ride e.g. a yak, it will have a longer life.... |

Trevor, you are a brave soul getting that close. It's obvious why she is wearing red lipstick .. because it goes with her handbag and shoes!

Yes Vern! No comment on your lipstick comment. Maybe the worrying thing was (me fool) they are much taller than me. Our feet were almost at same level and that neck moves very quickly. |
