Feeding a Bee
When the weather was colder and gets colder on its foraging pollen the poor bee can get stranded, no energy left to get to home hive. It was suggested feed some sugar to help. That did not work in my case. Next experiment tried with honey. It/she really loved it (see proboscis and feeding) and later flew away complete with pollen sacks to hive   |

Thanks a lot Brendan. Glad you are still connected. Sjef, yes that plugin has worked really well, especially the wings, legs and body. Thx. I used some PS options and improved some of the grain, but was losing the hair. I could have maybe used more tools, filters and layers to make a better job, but time limited and it was "straight photography"  . There was some grain mainly because I could not get too close so only sampled a small part of limited zoomed large image.

Great image Trevor and nice denoising Sjef; it has really brought out the metallic-like shininess of the surfaces. I like to think of intersting titles for photographs so I think this one could be ... "Enlargement of Engorgement"
