colorize
Things keep changing in PS as David said, not always for the better, but I have been scanning a lot of old photographs lately so had a little play with Neural filters Colourize certainly not perfect but a good start especially when you are working on small bad quality photos. It made me wonder what would happen if it used it on colour photos with bad colour casts. Now that's a clever idea! You could also try making very bad colour cast monochrome and then re-colouring. _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

Wow Vibeke, that breathed some life into the old shot. Lovely. _________________ The grass is greener on the other side of the fence because there is more $hit there. |

Thanks, It was taken in Orewa, about 1 hour north of Auckland. Well in those days it was an hour now with motorways 30 minutes unless traffic is bad and then it could take 2 hours. _________________ Perfect confidence is granted to the less talented as a consolation prize. |
