Gambia and Senegal birds
Some of the results of my recent trip. I was slightly disappointed in this shoot as it was difficult to shoot as I would have wanted but hopefully you will like this selection.

I know there's luck as well as judgement involved, but the monkey picture with the blurry movement of one creating a frame for the other is really satisfying.

Thanks guys. I didn’t even realise that I had that monkey frame until I downloaded the image. I think I must have pressed the shutter as it jumped and it was out of frame by the time that the mirror came back down so never saw the monkey in the viewfinder.

Ver nice images Gordon. That type of photography requires a good deal of patience.

Re: Gambia and Senegal birds
Splendid photos, Gordon. I suspect one or two of your birds aren't really birds - the two pulling the cart, for example. And I'm also suspicious of one of the other furry ones.
