Good idea Sophie .. here's my November 5th banner design with judicious use of the Blend if dialogue (thanks Steve for the tip). Your Halloween design is spooktacular!

That is really great Vern. Reminds me of something like a bird/butterfly. They fly so many miles on migration. Jota 120 too. Just a thought. How about a bit of background(?). If you can get the motion on that with small size, something else, but difficult ....... Love the way it is IMHO |

Anna, yes great minds think alike and all that! I really like the material and stitching quality you have achieved; funny, I was just thinking yesterday of doing something a bit similar (so now I won't need to). The Scrabble banner is brilliant - how much of it is real and how much 100% PS? Steve, thanks for comments. I agree that the rotating banner would be a bit of a headache. I tried it as a bit of an experiment really to see how smooth a GIF I could create within 100k. I've suddenly got the creative urge for banners. I am embracing the brief of incorporating HoTChiPs in a recognisable way and the constraint imposed of the 750 x 150 pixels to see what ideas I can come up with and implement. Treating it like a self-imposed Friday Challenge but without the specific time limit. This reminds me that I have yet to start on the bonfire for this week's challenge (oops). Cheers Vern
